Installing PostScript Printer

The first thing you need to prepare for generating figures is to install a postscript (PS) printer on your machine. That allows you to print an Excel chart as a postscript figure. The PS printer I use is "HP LaserJet 3200 Series PS". You can add it in Printers->Add Printer.
Note that the default output option does not support postscript figures. To make it work, you need to configure the advanced options of the postscript printer: paper size to be "Letter"; output option to be "Encapsulated Postscript (EPS)".
You can find this option in the properties of the printer, general->printing preferences->layout->advanced->document options->postscript output option.
